Our exceptional services use a cleaning approach that we apply to all rooms, we use a steaming process on all applicable surfaces in order to kill bacteria and germs in your:

• Kitchen: As the heart of your home, your kitchen deserves special treatment. We will wipe all small appliances, countertops, clean your microwave’s interior, stovetop, drip pans, hood, wipe down the rest of your appliances, chairs, tables, and cabinets, we’ll vacuum and mop your floors.

• Laundry room: Things can only be as clean as their surroundings so we will clean all surfaces in this room, from wiping the washer and dryer to mopping the floor.

• Living room: We want you to enjoy time with your loved ones in a clean, comfortable living room. We will take the time to dust and clean the baseboards, window sills, and every other surface and corner of this room, paying close attention to detail. We’ll also vacuum your floor and furniture, including under the cushions.

• Dining room: We’ll dust the light furniture, baseboards, window sills, and every other surface in the dining room,  as well as wipe and clean all of the furniture and flooring in your dining room.

• Bedrooms: We want you to sleep in a clean comfortable environment.  In your bedroom we will dust baseboards, window sills, and every other surface in your bedroom. We will clean mirrors, hanging frames, and vacuum or mop the floors.  We can also replace bed linens upon request.

• Bathrooms: As one of the most important rooms in the house, it’s critical that your bathroom is as sanitary as possible. In addition to clearing these rooms of dust and cobwebs, we’ll also wipe clean your tub, mirrors, faucets, basins, countertops, and surrounding areas. Our team of experts will take the time to clean the exterior of your shower and your toilet before vacuuming and mopping the floor.

• Additional rooms: We’re happy to incorporate other rooms into your cleaning plan. SWFL Mer-Maids is proud to offer complete interior cleaning services that can be customized for any residence. Our services not only clean but they also sanatize.

I wouldn't give a 100% satisfaction guarantee if I didn't think you were going to love my services!  If you aren't 100% satisfied with my service, I will come back and fix anything missed. If you are still not happy, I will give you a full
refund, no questions asked.  The only thing I require is that you tell me with in 24 hours of the original cleaning, if something was missed. All re-cleanings and refunds need to happen within 2 days of the original service. I appreciate the chance to make things right with a re-cleaning before any refunds. Per my policy, I can't issue any refunds without doing a re-cleaning first. This promise is meant to provide you with peace of mind. I take your satisfaction seriously!
